About Burlington, MI - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Burlington, Michigan is a tiny village located in Calhoun County. Only about 260 people resided here as of 2010. The community is located on M-60 within Burlington Township and is part of the Battle Creek Metro Statistical Area. In fact, Battle Creek is only about 20 miles northwest of the community, while Kalamazoo is another 20 miles to the west. Burlington was originally platted in 1842, but it wasn’t incorporated as a village until 1969.

Burlington is a small town, and there are few attractions located directly within the village limits. Visitors might like to end a long week with a trip to the Whistle Stop Tavern, and shopping destinations here include Barnes’ General Store and Burlington Antiques and Collectibles. A round of golf is also a possibility at Turtle Creek Golf Club.

Burlington residents get to experience four very different seasons throughout the year, beginning with a cold and snow-filled winter. Temperatures plummet well below the freezing point, so it is vital that gas or electric furnaces are in proper working order before this time. The fall season is the optimal time for heating system maintenance, as residents will soon place a lot of demand on this system that has been dormant for months. There are many benefits of regular HVAC maintenance, including improved air quality, maximum system efficiency, and a lower risk for mechanical failures.

Alternatively, summer weather in Burlington is very warm and humid. Daytime highs reach well into the 80s during the height of the season, and when coupled with high dew point readings, the air can sometimes feel uncomfortable. Most Burlington residents find it necessary to have a central air conditioner at home, especially when they want to sleep at night. The right unit can dramatically improve indoor comfort while also filtering out allergens and dust from circulating air.
